Tonight marks the opening night of "Devil Radio", an original comedy written, produced, directed and performed by The Muse Theatre Company.

The play stars Emily Kelly, Michael Murdock, Corey Landis, Tim Munson, Billy Parish, Ophelia The Cat & Algernon The Mouse.

"Devil Radio" is what we call a "hybrid comedy". It mixes both live stage action and filmed INTERaction. It tells the story of two morning radio d.j.s taking on the ridiculous world of showbiz. Parodies include "24", "e-harmony.com" and more. The D.J.s, Devil & Angel, fight the system that puts food on their table, while trying to stay on the air when the station's manager, Sal Producerman, threatens to pull the plug. The show is about the freedoms we hold dear, and how a healthy sense of humor can not only entertain, but inform.

The show opens TONIGHT. Thursday, June 30th, 2005. 8 p.m. at The Muse Theatre 6470 Santa Monica Blvd Hollywood, CA 90038. It runs for three weeks. Thursday through Saturday @ 8 p.m., Sunday at 2 p.m. The show closes on Saturday, July 16 at 8 p.m. It runs just over an hour with no intermission. Tickets are $10 and can be picked up at the door before the show, or call (818) 752-9080 for reservations.

Now, the only question is... will anybody show up?

This is the beginning of something great. We hope you come along for the ride.

-Mike Murdock, Co-Artistic Director of The Muse Theatre
